We hope you absolutely love your new Custom Heritage original, however, if your item does not meet your expectations or has been damaged in any way in route to its new home, contact us immediately! Although we do not offer order cancellations or order refunds once your order has been placed, we may be able to accommodate your requested changes depending on the length of time between your initial order and request for change, so please read item descriptions thoroughly to the end. If there is an issue, please contact us directly as we may be able to offer credit to our shop, alter your order to better accommodate you, or work out an alternative mutually amicable solution. We are human, so mistakes happen, but being human also makes us want our customs happy!! You MUST notify us within 48 hrs of delivery if your item arrives damaged so that we may best take care of the issue as expedient as possible. Every shipment will come with instructions for receiving a damaged item, please read and contact us ASAP. Custom Orders (custom names, rank, etc.) can NOT be refunded or exchanged due to errors BEYOND THE CONTROL of Custom Heritage. Custom Heritage Flag Co. reserves the right to refund or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

Usual build time is 4-5 weeks to ship and we send tracking info by email when your item ships. Expedited shipping is available in our listing line up as an additional cart item. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional cost. Please notify us of any address changes as soon as possible. WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP OUTSIDE THE US, TO PO BOX ADDRESSES OR APO,AE ADDRESSES. YOU MUST PROVIDE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS TO SHIP YOUR ITEM TO as FedEx will not let us deliver to the above addresses.

We love custom requests and it is our honor to personalize your special piece! Our work is not limited to what you see in our shop. Please feel free to contact us with any ideas your would like us to make happen for you. We have made flags as large as 10 foot and can accommodate any special sizing requests. If you have a deadline or need your item quicker, PLEASE let us know! The elements DO AFFECT our build times due to the hand made nature and sourcing of our materials, so even though we try our hardest to meet the "ESTIMATED SHIP DATE", on occasion we can run a bit behind.
